What personal information IPTVCA collects, why, and how you can control it.
Last updated: September 30, 2026
In short
We collect only what we need to answer you and run your subscription. We do not sell your information, and this website does not use advertising or analytics cookies.
Information we collect
- When you place an order: your name, province, phone number, email address, devices, channel package and any notes you add.
- When you email us (trial request or support): your email address, your name if you give it, the device and city you mention, and the content of your messages.
- When you pay by Interac e-Transfer: the sender name, amount and message that appear on the transfer. Your bank handles the payment; we never receive your card numbers or banking passwords.
- When you pay in crypto: NOWPayments processes the payment and tells us its status, amount and currency. We never receive your wallet keys.
- When you use the service: your account details and the technical connection data (such as IP address) that the streaming servers need to deliver the service.
- When you visit the website: standard technical logs kept by our hosting provider (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and reliability.
How we use it
- To answer your questions and send your trial or subscription login details.
- To confirm payments and manage your subscription.
- To provide support and keep the service secure.
We do not use your information for advertising and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.
Who we share it with
Only with the service providers we need to run the service (email delivery, website hosting, the NOWPayments crypto payment service and streaming infrastructure), and only for that purpose, or when required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while your account is active and for as long as needed afterwards to answer questions, keep payment records and meet legal obligations. Then we delete it.
Your rights
Under Canadian privacy law, including Québec's privacy law, you can ask to access or correct your personal information, or withdraw your consent. Write to support@iptvca.co. This address also reaches the person responsible for the protection of personal information at IPTVCA.
