About these terms

These terms apply to the iptvca.co website and to every IPTVCA subscription and free trial ("the service"). By ordering a plan or a trial, you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

IPTVCA provides access to live TV channels and on-demand content streamed over the internet. After your order you receive login details (server address, username and password) that you enter in an IPTV player app on your own device.

Each plan includes the number of simultaneous connections shown on the pricing page. The channel line-up and on-demand library may change over time.

Free trial

We offer a free 24-hour trial so you can test the service on your own device and internet connection before paying. No payment details are required, and nothing is charged when the trial ends.

Orders and payment

• Prices are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD).
• Sales tax (GST or HST, depending on your province) is added at checkout and shown before you place your order.
• Plans are paid in advance, for the period you choose, by Interac e-Transfer or in cryptocurrency through NOWPayments.
• Your login details are sent by email once your payment is received.
• Plans do not renew automatically. When a plan ends, you can order a new one at the current price.
• Refunds follow our Refund Policy: once a subscription is activated and its login details are sent, the sale is final.

Your account

Keep your login details private. Do not share, publish or resell them. Accounts used on more simultaneous connections than the plan allows may be suspended.

Acceptable use

• Use the service for personal, private viewing only.
• Do not record, rebroadcast or redistribute any content.
• Follow the laws that apply where you live.

Apps and devices

IPTV player apps and devices are made by third parties. We tell you which apps work well, but we do not control them and are not responsible for their availability, updates or data practices.

Availability and liability

Streaming depends on your internet connection, your device and third-party networks. We work to keep the service available but cannot guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for your current plan.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. Changes apply from the date they are published.
